Dear Student,

     We are excited to work with you and help get you started in this exciting and very rewarding career path in the equine industry. Once we receive your application and tuition, we will send you a confirmation email with more information and details as well as access to our online course for you to get started with before you arrive.                

     Submission of the enrollment application along with your deposit will hold your space in the course you choose.  If the course is full, you will be notified right away and asked to pick another date or be placed on a waiting list.   We take only up to 10 students per course so we do fill up in advance. We ask that the balance of your tuition is paid 1-month prior to the beginning of your course. 

     If you need to change your course date for any reason, please let us know in writing at least 1 month prior to the beginning of your course and we will move you to another class with no additional fee.   If less than 1-month notice is given, then you will be subject to an additional fee before you will be added to another class. This is simply so we can offer your space to another student that could be on a waiting list, and give them enough time to make arrangements to attend in your place. 

     Deposits and Tuition are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable between on-site courses. Deposits will only be held for 1 year.  Deposits are not transferable to the online courses, nor are they transferable between students.
