By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Payment

-Enrollment is confirmed once full payment or an approved payment plan is submitted.

-Tuition is listed in U.S. dollars and spaces are limited.

-Payment secures your spot in the course selected and grants access to all required materials.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
-All tuition is non-refundable once access to online materials has been granted or your seat in an in-person class has been confirmed.
-You may transfer your tuition once to a future course date if notice is given at least 30 days prior to your scheduled class. Rescheduling within 30 days of your course dates will result in a $300 transfer fee. 
-No credits or refunds are issued for no-shows, partial attendance, or incomplete coursework.
- If a class is cancelled by The Equine Bodywork Academy or Equissage California, students may reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Online Access & Intellectual Property
-Online content is for personal educational use only.
-Students may not share, copy, record, or distribute videos, manuals, graphics, or downloads.
-All course materials are the intellectual property of The Equine Bodywork Academy and Equissage California.

4. Certification Requirements
-Certification will be granted only upon:
-Completion of all required online modules and assessments.
-Attendance of all in-person training days (if applicable).
-Demonstration of proficiency in hands-on techniques.
-Satisfactory completion of case studies or practicum assignments.
-If student does not meet our standards of certification, they will be granted more time and up to 2 additional days of instruction at no extra charge. 
-Certification is awarded at the discretion of course instructors and directors. 

5. Liability Waiver
-Participation in equine activities carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree that:
-You voluntarily assume all risks associated with working with horses.
-You release The Equine Bodywork Academy, Equissage California, instructors, owners, and host facilities from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation, whether in person or during self-study.
-You are responsible for maintaining safe and ethical handling practices at all times.

6. Confidentiality & Copyright
-All course materials are protected by copyright and trademark law.
-Students may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials.
-Graduates may state they are certified by Equissage California or The Equine Bodywork Academy, but may not use these names in their business titles or advertising.

7. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
-Treat instructors, classmates, and horses with professionalism and respect.
-Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules.
-Maintain a positive and ethical learning environment.
-Violation of this policy may result in dismissal without refund.

8. Agreement
By submitting payment, I confirm that:

I understand these terms are legally binding.

I agree to comply with all school policies while enrolled in programs offered by Equissage California and The Equine Bodywork Academy.
